Who We Are...

Foundation Inc. is a non-Profit organization founded January 4th of 1994 and based on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in Manderson, South Dakota. Our corporation is exclusively organized and operated for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the Manderson and Wounded Knee area. We focus special attention and assistance for the educational, charitable and fraternal needs of the students and families at Wounded Knee District School and the district of Wounded Knee, South Dakota.

Our Mission

The Mission of Wounded Knee District School Foundation Inc. raises funds to boost hope within our people by contributing to the well-being of WKDS students and their families by providing the basic needs of a family such as food, clothing, warm homes.
The WKDS Foundation invests in the lives of WKDS students and their families to create lasting change in their own lives and communities.
All monetary donations will be used strictly adhereing to the guidelines of our mission statement.
